Refund policy

At Satyarthi Physio, we want you to receive your book in perfect condition.

Returns

If your book arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at writeforsatyarthi@gmail.com. Include your order number, clear photos of the problem, and an unboxing video if you have one.

Replacement or refund

After we verify your claim, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

What we cannot accept

We cannot accept returns for change of mind, or for books that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method (UPI, card or net banking).

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but the return rules above will apply after delivery.
